Description

Lucy Louise is a Maxus 8.3m vessel, fitted out for owner and skipper Clive Pickess. Based in Lowestoft, the vessel has been developed as a versatile and well-equipped platform for inshore fishing operations.

The vessel is fitted for both netting and potting, featuring a Solent net hauler and flaker, alongside a Spencer Carter pot hauler, offering flexibility across different fisheries.

Powered by a Perkins M130C engine, paired with a PRM 500D gearbox, Lucy Louise delivers reliable and efficient performance. The hydraulic system is engine driven with an electric clutch pump, providing dependable operation of deck machinery.
The wheelhouse is equipped with a comprehensive Simrad navigation package, including dual NSS EVO3 displays, radar, autopilot, AIS, and fully networked onboard systems, giving the skipper clear control and situational awareness. Additional onboard systems include 24V DC and 230V AC power, supported by a Mastervolt inverter and shore supply with automatic changeover.

Further features include a Side Power electric bow thruster for improved manoeuvrability, a well-appointed forward accommodation area with heating and hot water, and a fish room with capacity for approximately 30 boxes. The vessel is also fitted with modern safety systems, including a fixed fire suppression system and up-to-date safety equipment.
