EnquireDescription
Lily James is a 14m Maxus Catamaran, constructed by G Smyth Boats for owners Peter and Dennis Clark. Based out of North Shields, the vessel has been designed to support trawling operations.
The 14m catamaran hull provides excellent stability at sea with a 5.5m beam which creates a steady and reliable platform for fishing. The layout has been carefully developed to allow for a large, open working deck, making gear handling more efficient and reducing manual workload during day-to-day operations.
A shelterdeck is incorporated into the design, offering protection from the elements while maintaining a practical working area. This adds an extra level of comfort and safety for crew, particularly when operating in more exposed conditions.
Powered by a Scania DI13 main engine, supported by a Beta Marine auxiliary setup, Lily James delivers dependable and efficient performance suited to commercial use. The vessel is fitted with a full electronics package supplied and installed by Echomaster Marine alongside an advanced Olex seabed mapping system to support effective fishing operations .
Finished to a high standard, Lily James is a well-balanced and capable vessel, combining stability, deck space, and modern technology to meet the demands of both inshore and offshore fishing.
