The Caitlin Anne N.222 was the very first 9.2m Fast Cat constructed in 2023. Built for Gerry Smyth himself, the vessel has been in regular use since launch, working each summer and proving the design in real fishing conditions.
Based out of Kilkeel harbour, the Caitlin Anne N.222 now serves as our prototype and demonstration boat which gives customers the opportunity to experience the performance of the vessel and get a general feel of the overall layout and ability of the boat.
Fitted out for practical, day-to-day fishing, the vessel is equipped with a Spencer Carter hauler system and bespoke rollers manufactured in-house. Power is provided by twin Selva 150hp SEI Whale outboard engines, delivering reliable performance and strong handling characteristics.
The Caitlin Anne N.222 is a well-balanced and capable workboat built with input from real fishing experience.
